Q. What is Iqbal collection’s cancellation policy?

→ A customer can cancel the order until it has been packed at our warehouse. Any amount paid will be credited into the original mode of payment.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

→ For order cancellation please contact our customer care team at [email protected] or reach out to us at +91 591 355 4222. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in the warehouse.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective at our warehouse after contacting our customer care.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original mode of payment.
